Mould, moisture and bacteria will not easily form on FireCrunch and bacteria cannot survive on the MgO product and kills them almost instantly, which makes it most suitable, apart from the family protection at home, for medical centres, hospitals, schools, high occupancy small space commercial buildings, and similar locations as the board is not a weak paper faced material like plasterboard Gypsum, etc. which allows bacterial infestation forming in humid conditions
