FireCrunch Products MgSO4 (2025) have approval from the International Living Future Institute USA as a construction cladding product which has a low range 5% manufacturing net expansion of CO2. and corresponding high CO2 sequestration or storage rate. Low Enviro Impact

Eutrophication

This is the process where water bodies become overly enriched with nutrients, primarily nitrogen and phosphorus, leading to excessive plant and algae growth, often resulting in algal blooms. Algal blooms are a visible consequence of eutrophication, characterised by a rapid increase in the population of algae, which can form dense layers on the water surface. Bacteria then consume the dying algae, resulting in the depletion of oxygen in the waterways.

A review of plasterboard in design specifications is a desirable direction.

Red List

Living Future has listed 12,500 dangerous, polluting and life-threatening chemicals in a published online RED LIST most of which seriously affect the environment.

The Declare label confirms that FireCrunch products have none of the RED list chemical registry substances in their products and presents a green and safe building material that can be relied upon by architects, designers, project managers, specifiers, developers and the end user public.
