For those living in bushfire areas requiring BAL FZ flame zone decking or bushfire decking, it is almost impossible to find. Now the regulations in some CFC cement products have been changed.

Exposed timber in bushfire areas is not allowed and bushfire compliant decking made of composite fireproof timber appearance materials is almost non-existent.

Compliant bushfire decking is however provided by FireCrunch K-Deck with the composite MgSO4 timber appearance MgO decking boards.

FireCrunch Australasia NATA Labs fire tested BCA compliant building products.
