K-Floor is a unique tongue & groove flooring substrate, grooved down one long side with a matching tongue down the other. FireCrunch flooring board is suitable for interior, exterior flooring and exterior decking applications and designed to take span loads over 600mm of up to 5.3 kN and 6.1 kN over 450mm joists separation.

K-Floor tongue & groove flooring boards are water resistant when the surface has been sealed, with Klaas S1 AquaCrunch vapour permeable sealer  ( warranty) it Is then stronger and denser than other similar products. K-Floor flooring boards comes in superior, screw fix with no pre drilling, 2700×600 x19mm high density building board  structured 1.12g/cm3,  distinguishing it from other flooring products.

It meets three times the requirement level BAL FZ under bushfire code AS 1530.8.2 (See AS 1530.4-2005 CSIRO certificates). It also is AS 3959 compliant for roofs, walls and eaves.
