Interior Protection

There are multiple factors that need to be considered for the internal and external protection of homes and properties. Depending on the structure and purpose, there may be a few or many factors to be considered that are essential.

FireCrunch can be used in a variety of interior applications such as wall protection and ceiling protection. It is also used in fire separation walls and wherever fire ratings are required from 30 minutes to 90 minutes in load and non-load bearing conditions using a single 10mm Sheet per side of frame .

For 120 minutes use 2 x 10mm sheets. Rigorously tested and certificated by NATA Labs CSIRO, FireCrunch is a highly fire rated and fire resistant building board meeting ABCB standards (DTS) and NCC .

Hospitals, schools, public buildings, special purpose built accommodation and other high traffic areas that require health and safety will require an anti-bacteria formulated FireCrunch magnesium oxide (MgSO4) building board. It is these types of interior protection factors that can often be overlooked.

MULTI-USE & MULTI-BENEFIT PRODUCT

Composed of magnesium oxide, magnesium sulphate (MgSO4) ensuring no metal corrosion and other IP support and quality materials, FireCrunch is lightweight but also durable for an overall strong build in dry and wet areas for interior as well as exterior protection. This is to ensure a comfortable and sustainable living, working and playing in an environment for all who inhabit spaces used for multiple purposes types and configurations.

FireCrunch can be painted or rendered as per usual, first with the recommended primer sealer, see Recommended products then use water based paints or texture paints, renders or cement bagging if required. It is ideal for top class surface finishes in residential and commercial properties, where top class four or five finishes are obtainable interior and exterior with no additional linings.
