K-Floor is a unique tongue & groove flooring substrate, tongue and grooved on either 2 or 4 sides (TG4) 2700 x 600mm to eliminate butt end joints.

FireCrunch flooring board is suitable for interior, exterior flooring and exterior decking applications and point load tested to 5.3 kN over 600mm joist separations, and 6.1 kN over 450mm.

UDL tested NATA Labs 2023 Sharp & Howells 96kN/m2 400mm x 400mm and 43 kN/m2 over 600mm x 600 mm.

Tongue & groove flooring

K-Floor tongue & groove flooring boards are water resistant when the surface has been sealed, with Murobond MS Silicate Primer (warranty). It is stronger and denser than similar products. K-Floor flooring boards come in superior, screw fix with no pre-drilling, 2700 x 600 x 19mm.

FireCrunch K-Floor tongue & groove flooring is resistant not only to fire but water, impact, sound, termites, mould and bacteria. A multi-functional, all in one building board solution that is virtually carbon neutral.

It meets three times the requirement level BAL FZ under bushfire code AS 1530.8.2 (See AS 1530.4-2014-2005 CSIRO certificates). It also is AS 3959 compliant for roofs, walls and eaves.
